The Chesapeake Bay Wind Ensemble is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit concert band performing free concerts for communities across Hampton Roads. Since 1978, our members have included teachers, active-duty servicemembers, retirees, and working musicians — united by a love of the concert-band repertoire.
We partner with local schools and youth programs to mentor young musicians, fund scholarships, and keep American wind music thriving on the tidewater.
